Payment Policy

This Payment Policy is part of our Website’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and other Website pages, this Policy shall prevail.
This document explains how to pay for our Services and our refund process.
Payment Terms
Pricing
Our Services are priced on a bidding model. When you place an Order, you’ll receive bids from our writers. The final price is the bid you accept plus any additional services fees, if applicable.
Payment Methods
You must provide at least one valid payment method to use our Services. By doing so, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the Services and any other amounts due according to our Terms. If a payment fails to process and you don’t cancel your Order, we may suspend your account until we can process a valid payment.
Some payment methods may have extra fees (e.g., currency conversion or processing fees) and local tax charges may apply. These additional charges, as well as any taxes paid during the transaction, are non-refundable. Check with your payment provider or local tax authority for details, as you are responsible for all such fees, commissions or taxes.
Payment Process
Placing an Order on our Website is free. By placing an Order, you agree to buy the Product and you must deposit funds once you accept a writer’s bid. You can also add funds to your Account Balance at any time for future Orders. The agreed fee is released upon the Services completion and acceptance—either in installments or as a single payment—according to the agreed terms.
After the final Product is uploaded (meaning 100% done), you will be able to download it. You then have 72 hours after the Order deadline to send any complaints or revision requests. At the end of this period we will send you an email to remind you about the pending payment. If no complaints or revision requests are received within 24 hours after the reminder, the reserved funds will be automatically released to the writer. Once the full payment is released, the Product is considered complete and accepted and no refund will be possible.
Account Balance
You can request a withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance within six months from the deposit date. After this period we may withdraw funds from your Account Balance to cover operational costs and will notify you via email.
Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a refund if you think the Product doesn’t meet the standards or requirements specified in your Order Form or our Terms. Refunds are at our discretion according to our quality process.
Before requesting a refund please consider requesting a revision of your Order. Full details on Order revision terms can be found in the Order Process section of our Terms and Conditions.
If you are still unsatisfied after a revision—or if revisions are not an option—you can request a refund during the Refund Period while the Order is in progress. If the final Product is uploaded but you don’t download it or submit any complaints or revision requests, the Refund Period starts immediately after the Order deadline expires and lasts for 72 hours. Our system manages this countdown and once it expires no refund is possible.
Quality based refund requests are reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited either to your Account Balance or to the payment method you used. Please note that funds from your Bonus Balance are not refundable.
Money-Back Guarantee
Our Money-Back Guarantee explains how to request a refund and under what circumstances you will receive a full, partial or no refund. Partial refunds are only in exceptional cases. A List of Violations (LOV) is required as part of your refund request. The LOV must itemize any discrepancies between the standards specified in your Order Form (or our Terms) and the delivered Product. Specific provisions apply in case of plagiarism; please make sure your LOV meets those requirements.
A 100% refund will be granted if:
- You cancel the Order before a writer is assigned or within 20 minutes of placing the Order (after which only partial compensation will be available to cover incurred costs).
- You accidentally made a double payment—the second payment will be refunded upon your confirmation. (Note: If two identical Orders are placed and paid for, we assume you need both.)
- The Product is delivered past the deadline and remains undownloaded.
- The Product doesn’t follow the initial instructions provided in your Order Form (subject to review of your LOV by our Quality Assurance Team).* The plagiarism level exceeds 15% as shown in a full report from a plagiarism detection service (e.g. Turnitin, SafeAssign, WriteCheck).
- A valid report shows over 30% AI-generated content from Turnitin (other checkers are not accepted). In such cases additional evidence may be requested for further review.
If a 100% refund is granted you must not use the Product and all rights granted under the Product License are terminated.
No Refund in the Following Cases:
- The Order status is finished.
- You claim dissatisfaction without providing a detailed LOV to support your request.
- Technical issues on your end prevent you from downloading the Product.
- You fail to provide valid evidence of plagiarism or AI-generated content (as required above).
- The delivery delay is due to insufficient materials provided by you or we cannot contact you.
- Your account email is invalid and we couldn’t reach you.
- The deadline specified in the Order Form was different from the one actually required.
- You downloaded the Product and request a refund solely based on lateness.
- Non-refundable value-added services (VAS) that are part of the main Product and Service (except when specific additional services were not provided).
- In cases where no refund is applicable we may issue partial compensation to your Bonus Balance at the discretion of our Quality Assurance Team.
General Rules for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds can be provided whether the Product is delivered or not and can be credited to your available balance (refundable) or Bonus Balance (non-refundable). The amount of compensation may be adjusted by our Quality Assurance Team.
For Orders with No Uploads:
- 70% Refund: If less than 50% of the deadline has passed and no Product is provided.
- 50% Refund: If between 50% and 70% of the deadline has passed and no Product is provided.
- 30% Refund: If more than 70% of the deadline has passed and no Product is provided.
For Unused Product Parts:
Partial refund may be granted if the Product is only partially completed as per agreement or if a value-added service (VAS) was not provided or is not needed.
For Orders with Uploads:
LOV is required. Our Quality Assurance Team will decide the compensation amount to be credited to your Bonus Balance based on completion percentage, deadline, overall quality and these Terms.
- Missed Deadline: Up to 30% partial refund.
- Insufficient Quality: Up to 50% partial refund (LOV review).
Grade Guarantee
Grade Guarantee is an optional service that ensures if you don’t receive at least an A- (or its equivalent) for your submission you are eligible for full refund of your transaction. For non-letter grade systems (percentage or 4.0 scale) the conversion is based on our grading table in our refund policy. To qualify you must provide clear evidence that the grade belongs to you (including your name, the topic or a work description). Acceptable evidence includes full page of feedback from your educational institution or a video showing your online dashboard with the relevant details. If the evidence doesn’t match our work the refund request may be denied. This service is available for academic and non-academic orders.
Chargebacks
A chargeback is a process initiated by your bank or card issuer after a payment is withdrawn and returned to you. If you initiate a chargeback and a 100% refund is granted you will not be able to use the Product or our Services and all rights under the Product License will be terminated.
Sharing Personal Information and Consequences
Sharing personal information with a writer (email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, social media profiles or any contact details) outside our platform is strictly prohibited. If we find out you shared personal information with a writer:
- No Refund: You will no longer be eligible for a refund regardless of the Order status.
- Liability Exclusion: We are not responsible for any consequences arising from direct contact with the writer.
- Service Charges: We reserve the right to charge for services rendered even if the Order is cancelled.
- Account Termination: We may terminate your account immediately for violating our policies, including sharing personal information, abusive behavior, fraud or any actions breaching our Fair Use Policy.
Includes attempts to bypass the system to avoid payments, abusive communication with writers or staff and providing false information to get a refund.
