These Subscription Terms (the “Terms”) are part of our Site’s Terms and Conditions.

This document explains how we offer our subscription-based Services on our Site.

Definitions

  • “Subscription-based Services” or “Services” means the offerings on our Site on a subscription basis. Services include, but are not limited to, access to our Writing Tools.
  • “Writing Tools” are tools that do various content-related tasks, like plagiarism checker, grammar checker, text readability and more.
  • “Subscription” means the option to use the Writing Tools for a monthly fee as shown on our Site.

How it works
You can buy a Subscription online through our Site. Once you purchase a Subscription, you’ll get access to the Writing Tools covered by it. The Subscription is valid for one month and will auto-renew at the end of each period.

You can cancel your Subscription anytime by sending a request to [email protected]. Please note that Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including the Money Back Guarantee.

A Subscription is active until:

  1. You unsubscribe. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the current monthly period, the monthly fee is non-refundable in full or in part.
  2. We cancel your Subscription. We can cancel your Subscription at any time by sending a notice in writing, especially if we suspect fraudulent activity from you or if you breach these Terms or our Site’s Terms and Conditions.

If your Subscription is cancelled for any reason other than by us, you can reactivate it anytime by following the same process above.
